Faloout 3 wont start after dlc download

I got FO3edit and it says i have all the masters. The game was originally working after a few mods but i bought all the DLC's and now it wont get past the loading screen

my load order is

again it says i have all the masters and even if i try to turn of the dlc and turn of the files that require the dlc it wont gdet off the first slide and it crashes

Forgive me but your title is slightly questionable ? where did you download the DLCs from?

 

what tools other than fo3edit are you using ?

Im using steam thats where i get all my games from. any other programs im running a amd gaming evolved. after i posted this i got a optimizing program called AVG pc tune up. im not tech savy is there anything im supposed to look for
