M48A5
You have a choice, if you want RobCo Certified in your game, disable and uninstall the EVE plugins that are incompatible with it. If you want EVE in your game, install the plugins that you need and disable and uninstall the RobCo Certified plugins that are incompatible with it. After you have made the changes, read this: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/652876-fallout-3-modding-and-you/ It is obvious by your question that you are just starting to mod Fallout 3. Good luck with getting the game to run with a LOOT stored load list.
Integrater
I fixed the RobCo errors, It was a mistake on my part. The EVE errors suggest that I need two files EVE Operation Anchorage.esp and EVE.esp. But how and where to get them?

At the top of every page in the mods section is a "Search" function. It can lead you the the EVE files you need.
Integrater
The search turned up no results. I have EVE, therefore I should have all the files. These two seem to be missing. Does anyone know where these file can be obtained from? They don't come with EVE funnily enough.
M48A5
I remember now, the latest EVE has been changed to an .esm, so you would have to download and install one of the older files. The can be found under "Optional files" on the EVE download page.
Integrater
I think it might be because I'm using FOIP instead of Blackened. FOIP hasn't been updated to support the new EVE files so it looks for the old ones.
