You must add a new PERK record with all the required sub-records (EDID, FULL, DESC, Conditions, DATA, SNAM ,NNAM, Effects) Then you can add a new pip boy animation for it by copying and editing one of the SWF's inside "Fallout4 - Interface.ba2" in this directory "\Interface\Components\VaultBoys\Perks" Edited November 27, 2015 by ShinraStrife Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
