haven't seen this yet so ill say it where the hell is the mod like enclave commander I mean even random generated followers named mercenary that can actually follow/wait trade gear and dismiss weather that makes them poof or stay put patrol the area whatever works lol and they die not go down for a few seconds then get up like it never happened I mean I know many many of us enjoyed leading an army or even a small squad against raiders or the legion or super mutants and the enclave in fallout 3 and in NV so I am shocked there isn't a decent mod out there for this yet if I had the skill ide make it but I have never used the creation kit so if someone could make a mod like that ide love it and im certain many others would too

Fallout - Europe and China need to be made  but I am sure that will never be happen -_-

Perhaps more realistic: Fallout 4: New Vegas^^

Edit: Oh, and some Legion Armor!

Terminator based and Star Wars based total conversion mods.

Yeah, I know, the odds of that happening are basically zero, but I honestly think both franchises would be very suited to a Bethesda style open world game format and the odds of a mod doing it are just slightly higher than the odds that either of the ones who own those franchises actually letting Bethesda take their IPs and make their open world games out of them, so I might as well suggest it. I suggest it here because out of the two Fallout would probably require much less work as a base for a total conversion mod of those IPs than Elder Scrolls would. I'll go into detail about some ideas I have for these specifically if anyone asks, but I don't have the aptitude to do more than come up with some basics.

Yo guys,

I have been searching for Item Degradation mods for giving some old-school Fallout/RPG quality to FO4 as I kinda miss the "weapon going to break I need reapiring it with other weapon similar to it" system like it was in FO3. And I didn't find much, only a "Weapon and Armor Durability Mod" which is a good thought, but not good excecution, because my armor breaks even outside battle, when nothing happens, and it is ridiculous I have to pick up new armor parts from others after every encounter.

My request would be: A mod similar to FO3 system, but of course, more complex. Like for advanced, special tools the durability percent wouldn't be that high, or could be at some really special weapons. And if you have to repair it, then either you have similar weapon on you, and you could repair it with its parts, of course, percentwise: The more similar the weapon is (as special weapons are always different from normal weapons) the more percent you can repair. Also, of course, it's a question of your repairing perk (if there is any, even close to that), the higher you have this perk, or talent upgraded, the more sufficient your repair is. And, also, if you are adventouring, meaning, you are not close to weapon/armor workbench, your repairing percent ain't that good, also, the total durability capacity would decrease with most of the repairing you have done on that weapon without workbench. If you do it on workbench, the total durability capacity loss wouldn't be that frequent (Similar to Diablo repair system with Paladin). Similar can be done on armors.

Explanation: The whole Skyrimish feel to FO4 would be lost, and we could finally have a classic Fallout feel to it. It's the world of materialism, in a post-apocalyptic world. Where people have to survive. The need for tools, items, better weapons, armors on daily basis should be a must in a game like this. That's how did it work in previous Fallout, then why couldn't be like it here either?

Do we know about any other similar mod that it is there somewhere, or a mod that is being made for this?

My Ideas:

1. Enclave X-01 Power Armor Paintjob:

- Has a Radiation symbol on the back of the torso.

- Can be changed to either dark grey (Fallout 2) or light grey (Fallout: New Vegas).

- Like the Brotherhood T-60, it has multiple ranks on the shoulders pads, but are instead US military ranks.

2. Enclave Settlement Kit (Different Version):

- Has a design similar to the Fallout 2 & Fallout 3 Enclave.

- Similar to KalibKadafi's Enclave Bunker mod.

3. Classic Fallout Weapons:

- Fallout 2 & Fallout: Tactics Gauss Weapons

- Fallout: Tactics Plasma Weapons

- Fallout 2 Super Sledge

That's all I can think of right now. Hopefully, someone will read this.

I would love to see a mod that allows the player to teleport power armor. I have a follower mod that allows me to teleport my follower from anywhere to my side, which leads me to think it might be easy for a mod maker to do this. I like to see the clothing and body mods I have installed. I adore the barefoot footsteps mod. But when I get attacked by 7 trappers, 5 mirelurks, 2 mirelurk kings and a mirelurk queen....I shoulda brought my armor......OH WAIT !!! I can teleport my armor right to my side !!! That would be cool.

in my opinion I prefer more immersion in the game these are my ideas

1: grass and vegetation more alive, that is, that moves or runs each time we pass over it

2: a well-designed 1st person mod like his predecessors So far I've seen only 3 mods of that style but none are close to what was expected I've seen 2 in nexus and another for consoles (I could not prove it to the console)

3: A mod that allows the deterioration of weapons and armor like the one in fallout 76 that you can also repair them when they are damaged

4: A mod that gives you the ability to send your partner or a computer helps settlements in danger

5: It would not be bad to add more weapons to the game but weapons from previous deliveries in the case of the gauss rifle it would be good to see 2 models, the vanilla and the Fallout 3 being more powerful the Fallout 3

I hope some of my ideas are mods

A ranch for that brahmin selling lady so she doesn't get killed by stupidly walking straight towards an assaultron and a mr gutsy between the slog and greentop nursery or any other stupid scenario. Also make it so the brahmins can be sent to any settlement even though the settler count is high up to four brahmins. I don't know why the game limits choices for brahmins after x amount of settlers live somewhere. I run into this lady a lot since I use the unofficial patch and it fixes random encounters so she actually shows up in the game.

Invite/enslave any NPC to work on your settlement

I've dabbled with just about every mod that does this, but they all lack or over do it in some way. So far, AAF Advanced Animation Framework was the best, though, you needed around 6 mods plus script extender for it to work... And 90% of it was just for porn.

I wish that theyed get rid of all the extra stuff and just have it where you aim your gun at someone, press x, they put their hands up, and you go into a menu like Intimidation Overhaul, and decide what you want to do, one option being send to settlement as slave, another being invite to settlement, mug, kill, banish...

Is it hard to have a script erased and replaced with a generic settler one? I would love to enslave all the named raiders, McDonough, etc., or invite Nat to live in my settlement with Piper. It would also offer a peaceful resolution to most combat situations instead of always having to kill them.

If anyone knows of a mod that does this, let me know. At this point I'd make a donation to any modder just for my gratefulness.

The original Abduction! was a great concept, but lazy girl discontinued it and replaced it with something totally crappy - AbductionLite. Her original mod was perfect for what I need.

Here's one for you; The resident clothes and such found in a box, locker, or cabinet in Vault 111! I mean, good God, the overweight woman complaining as you're getting processed and receiving your vaultsuit is noted for having been executed as that was policy for 111.

With the advent of Start Me Up, people setting up their other starts can retain the clothes and such they arrange before exiting the bathroom.

I have never appreciated the whole business of your prewar crap being completely deleted when you enter the cryotube. It's silly. It's shoehorning. It breaks immersion (for a given value of immersion).
