Dianadoesitbest
So I was playing oblivion today and was reading a copy of tamrialic lore, I flipped through the pages and come across the passage on goldbrand, This magical Sword is almost a complete mystery. Thieves tell tales about its golden make and how it was actually forged by ancient dragons of the North. Their tales claim that it was given to a great knight who was sworn to protect the dragons. The Sword lends its wielder the ability to do fire damage on an enemy. Goldbrand has not been sighted in recent history and is said to be awaiting a worthy hero. I believe these are the same dragons as in skyrim. Perhaps there will be a nemesis in the game who wield gold brand?

runforitkyle
Back too the original topic, if you read the lore timeline, you might have noticed the bit about the two dunmer mages who were sucked into oblivion. I think thats defiantly going to be a quest of sorts.
NAPALM13092
I would love to see Goldbrand come back as a pivotal plot point like the tools of Kagrenac in Morrowind.
LordWushin
Oh yes that would be good! I will take it a step more, I would love to see all those "unique" items being used as a plot point somewhere in the game. Goldbrand, Lord's Mail, Daedric Crescent, all of them would be awesome to have to win maybe with a choice on which you would want. Choose one and continue the game! InuyashaFE
If they bring back Shrine quests, there are two they should bring back. Dagon and Jyggalag. I'm interested to see how they're going to fit in the Shivering Isles quest, if at all, and since Dagon is no longer the main enemy, there's a chance he'll give you a shrine quest. I wonder if he's still a puddle...
AurianaValoria1
I wonder if Hopesfire and Trueflame will make their way back as artifacts. Here's hoping...
