Looking to Hire a Modder or Group

I am looking to hire one or more modders for a project I am working on and for General Mod help.

you can not pay people to work on mods.

I don't know, seems kind of gray. As long as the final mod released is free it doesn't conflict with the Fallout 4 TOS as I read it. Then again I could be remembering wrong, but I can't be bothered to look it up.

Nope it's pretty clear in the site TOS:

Do not solicit services from other Nexus members in exchange for monetary compensation or promise of such compensation in connection with content that falls within the scope of a game publishers EULA. For example, this means that you may not recruit modders with the promise of monetary compensation to create a custom .ESP file for you or alter game content that is subject to Bethesdas EULA governing the use of their assets and the Creation Kit.

Not sure I heard the word custom or for profit in the request. At least, I assumed the request was for a publicly released mod with a free distribution.

BTW, has the Bethesda legal team ruled out the possibility of asking for first born children in exchange for game updates?

You should have put the first sentence from that quote in bold, and not the (bad) example sentence. Then it would have become clear. Esps fall under the CK Eula, clearly.

However, you can still pay for 3d models and textures. And, if you ask me, you could also pay for "scripts" or scripting work.

Still, the Nexus does not allow that kind of deal to be made here all publicly.
