HaiTan95 Posted December 4, 2015 Share Posted December 4, 2015 I'm now level 275 and max out all the perks (cause i'm using some exp mods). Clearly there's nothing for me to do now except doing some quest and finish all the story lines, or bulding some bases ect... I wonder why can't we have an unlimited SPECIAL mod, so end-game players can continue to power up their character after 1-200 hours of gameplay?
