I use tgm because I want to enjoy the whole experience of Cyrodiil, and I feel that this is disrupted by having 5 high level bandits turning me into chum for the slaughterfish.

For example, the ruins of Narind and Yeleri are (in OOO 1.31) populated by hordes of nasty Sylvans who are all good with a bow, who all use shield spells, and who repeatedly pound the living daylights out of my character (level 31 Nord). However, with tgm enabled, it becomes possible to kill them without being turned into a human pincushion.

However, I'd say most of the people who don't use tgm are those with the 360 or PS3 version, as they cannot access the console.

Still, a journey into those ruins mentioned becomes, for me, without tgm:

"Come get some, you filthy aargh aargh aargh"

I never use TGM in the game, even if I decide to take on all the guards. The only cheat I've ever used in Oblivion is 'kill'. Thats usually when I'm against hordes of enemies, and I dont really feel like taking them on with TGM, and I'm about to die.

If you are honest, do you really believe you can't solve the problem without godmode??? As a Level 31, you've probably acquired a few summon scrolls, or perhaps a summon spell or two. You can even use "unwitting" assistants that also happen to be "essential" characters that are following you as part of another quest. I use the Jemane brothers of Chorrol, who are following me to their home in Weatherleah. As long as I don't go near Weatherleah, the brothers dutifully follow me all over Cyrodiil, and engage in battle any and all of my enemies. They are weaklings, and they get "knocked out" a lot, but they continue to recover to fight again and again. Once the battle is over, I use a heal spell on them to return them to full strength. Their weapons will eventually fail, but they still distract the enemy and allow me to sneak-hit from behind. :D

I use God Mode sometimes, but only when like having fun with the summon bandit mod, and other mass eneemy mods. Other than that not really no. Although i do use the no clip cheat when i want to get somewhere fast that i cant quick travel to.

I only use it when I'm bored and when I jump off of tall places. I turn it on and try to get all the guards on me and as many creatures I can find then watch then kill each other.

You should have added other thing to the poll like "Other" :)
