steven83629
I'm not sure if this is possible to make one of these happening. Hope someone will make these come true.
tomshepard308ci
That would be a great addition. Possibility wise, I could see Maxon's battle coat being modified. Other than that, the amount of work required would make any future DLC more probable than any group of modders right now. I know nothing, but to make the mod, someone has to convert the FNV models into FO4 models( that s#*! even possible?), make it work with FO4 skeletons, and most importantly, rig the cloth physics from scratch. That modder might as well be a Bethesda developer.
SilverbladeTE
Yeah that would be awesome, that armour was gorgeous! :)
DragosDrakkar
Modders have come up with all kinds of new armors for games like these, including armor based on other games, so I think it would be within the realm of possibility but it seems almost certain that we would have to wait for the modding tools as well as people to experiment enough with the tools in order to do anything approaching this. I would certainly like to see that as a possibility if/when it would be possible, maybe even include some alternate more powerful versions based on some of the ranger armor variants, like the Riot armors from Lonesome Road. I think any mod that involves skeletons, cloth rigging and physics are extremely hard and rare to make. I personally adore cloth physics in action, so the modders who are working on these should be hugely endorsed.
MajesticTerror
I hope so too, the riot armors are my some of the coolest looking armors of any Fallout game. But my absolute favorite is definitely the Elite Riot Gear from Lonesome Road. I'd love to be able to roam the Commonwealth wearing that, even if the waterbottle/waterskin on the front looks a bit weird.
ArekkusuStorm
You guys haven't checked out the image section of the Nexus? DogtoothCG has been working on the ranger combat armour. Of course it won't be in FO4 yet, not until the nif team releases updated scripts so we can actually export and get our custom models to work in the game. Also I just wanted to point out that Bethesda (and more importantly, the Nexus) forbids porting any assets from one game to the other - in response to the post above. skystalker86
The NCR will probably show up in future DLC considering they're one of the primary factions in the fallout universe. I imagine this DLC will include wearable NCR gear such as the ranger coat/helmet

Depends, if the assets were recreated from scratch or if it the developer gave the ok/made it free to use, then they're ok. But if you took a texture or mesh from, say, Fallout 3 for example and used in in a FO4 mod, it will be shot down.
