http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5057/ - repaired FO4 sanctuary house (wasteland textures, old lore'ish kind of mod)
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3940 - fully restored FO4 sanctuary house (Pre-War textures, new fantastic kind of mod)

I know people are interested, but what I wonder is if the players actually slow play the game an hang out in Sanctuary as the mods come out an the game gets better, or take a break from it all staying in our quiet Sancuary, LOL. Feel free to speak your mind, long as we don't break any behavior rules. Thems the rules... † God Bless †

REPAIRED IS GONE! D: NUUU! I was hoping they would expand on this one. It totally makes sense, the Concord bunch are always hammering away to no avail. I was hoping that mod would end up encompassing the entirety of Sanctuary, and make their labors fruitful. I don't want a pristine house, I want one that has survived 200 years. Sad face

A mod that slowly repaired the houses in sanctuary would be great (on every two weeks ect). As with Alex, Id much rather see repairs rather than a model replacement to prewar, though I'm aware that's a lot more work for the modders. Swept floors, fixed bookshelves (the ones my the frount door), repaired windows and patched roofs would make the place much more jolly.

I still use it, nobody wanted it, but the last one was a different mod getting good an it died 5 hours after publishing it from scratch, the thumbnail glitched an didn't show Wilson from Castaway a mesh I made to cheer people up in FNV, but never got used, then it got put into yesterdays mods instead of todays. That's the point though, nobody really remembers my name or asked me, hey, you know, where did that gooooooooooooo DEATHCLAW *everybody runs* cause that's what we'd do if we saw one. If you were curious the mod had the medicine cabinet fixed cause it turned out to be essential, an the roof was replaced among many other things to stop the stupid rain making the floors inside wet. I kind of felt like moving somewhere else though. The idea was only what Codsworth said, 200 years of working on it, I'm sure that more would be accomplished. ROFL maybe they'll sell a DLC for a player home, yayyyyyy Hearthfire
