iDiru
I know console commands can be potentially dangerous and should be used sparingly (though I wholeheartedly cheat with lockpicks)But I'm wondering about unique items like daedric artifacts.I have Legacy of the Dragonborn and I'd like to complete as much as I can but it always wants to take my Daedric artifacts that I use and therefor leaves the museum incomplete when I take them backand I can't replicate all of themso like is it dangerous for me to replicate the items to put them back so I can continue to use them and also fuel the museum?I only plan to add them after initially obtaining the item and completing the main quests and not before. It shouldn't matter.
Lisnpuppy
I don't THINK that would matter in that specific situation but having duplicate unique items...well you know how Beth is. lol Where it might matter is giving yourself a unique item that is a quest item or quest reward before completing the quest. soupdragon1234
Spawning a unique item won't necessarily complete a quest for that item as won't be the filled alias its expecting The game itself actually deletes and respawns unique items on occasion (ever wondered why that improved and tempered Dragon Priest Mask loses its improvements after you've placed it on the mask rack? When it's placed on the rack the game deletes the original and spawns a new one in your inventory when you remove it, minus the improvements)
ElstarTomas
There exist an event OnItemAdded that triggers when an item is added. This in turn can trigger quests, one mod that does this is Vilja Reveal hidden contents Adding the weddingdress to your inventory
