M4v3r1kk
After downloading the Hashashin Armor Mod I found it to be very intuitive and fun. Now that I've played around with it I'm wondering if anyone here who is a very good Modder is willing to make an Assassin's Creed world for Oblivion. When I mean world I mean a whole desert in place of the current land and cities far apart from each other with the mod having it's own complete questlines. I'm sure that this mod will take months to complete but if anyone undertakes the challange I am sure they'll be greatly appreciated.
Sypron
Thats called a Total Conversion. It takes possibly years to make with up to 20 modders. Normally TC's are based of what the modders want to make, not what somebody requests. Of course, you could learn how to mod and do it yourself, or simply buy the game. M4v3r1kk
Learning takes time though. I'm going through the CS guide on the Wiki website. I'm currently stuck trying to figure out how to level 2 pieces together (both of their Zs are on the same numbers).
Sypron
Turn on "snap to grid" its near the top. You may have to change the snap distance in the preferences (under "file). Make sure that you change the snapping distance to half, quarter, eigth. nothing else.

Guest
I'm currently starting a TC. I;ve been thinking about it for some time and am torn between two historical settings: - post-roman Britain e.g. celts, saxons, romano-british.The crusades e.g. kingdom of heaven/ assassins creed. Finding this thread has made me consider the latter more seriously. However there is no guarantee of anything as of yet. If I did go for a crusade setting it would most likley focus around a realistically sized Jerusalem with only small areas of surrounding land. I like the idea of creating a mod that is based almost entirely ina city, with that city being intricately detailed. However, seeing as assassins creed is only a short way off and is based around virtually the same location and ideas the post-roman setting will probably be a better option. Any suggestions and requests would be appreciated. n.b. sorry for hijacking this thread.
M4v3r1kk
I would recommend seeing what Assassin's Creed will be when released. If my hopes are correct then it will be a Sand Box type game where you traverse deserts and go to cities accepting hitman like contracts. Of course if this does not happen then you might consider making a TC that focuses around that with other quests in it.

Apparently it is going to centre around Damascas, Acre and Jerusalem, and will involve assassinating the leading figures who are perpetrating the violence in the Holy Land. Since these cities are very far apart, and there are other locations in between, I suspect the game is more likely to be a series of missions as opposed to a sandbox. However nothing is certain. As such I may begin looking into a mod in this setting soon. I think that anything made for oblivion is likely to be considerably different to AC anyway. I'll post a WIP thread soon when I finally decide on what I intend to do.

Germandeathkittiez
I don't know much about TC's (or mods) but maybe you should use Dune Cs Resources for some of the cities like Jerusalem. And if you make it, don't make every city exactly this same (like in the original game) (this post goes to whomever said they might make their TC into Assassin's Creed style) I saw pic of Jerusalem in the screenshots for Assassin's Creed mod, which looked pretty good, though it seemed about a story too low to the ground. Maybe if u could contact whoever did that one and ask them what's that about (unless it was you lol) Srry no link too sleepy just search assassins creed or something in adv search. remember (') makes all the difference Lol rofl the link above post ^ (To the Lightning Lord)
