*Skyrim* How i get Every armor invisible? (without mods or texture)

Hello Dear Nexus community. I have read to get the armor invisible just delete the armor files in the game folder? if it right pls tell me i have enough to search armor mods everytime. thanks -Laplex

That should work if you deleted the meshes and textures for armour from those folders - you should still have the benefits of wearing it but not be able to see it. But most of the Vanilla armour is in a bsa file, so you'd have to unpack it first with something like the BSA Browser from FOMM and move the bsa out into a back up folder. Loose files take priority over bsa, but if you unpack and delete and the bsa is still there, nothing will happen.

 

The other way is to use the CK to make a mod to remove the links to the meshes and textures, which will be more fiddly and time-consuming but will take up less disk space.

You don't have to delete the textures as well. Deleting the meshes will be sufficient.

No, that would delete every loose mesh file in the game, not just the armour, but it would still leave all the meshes in the bsa files.

 

What are you even trying to do and why? Why do you want invisible armour?

i got a female char and searched armor mods for every armor but every mod of these don't edit the begin armor like imperial armor from whiterun amd leather armor etc it only edit the good high leveled armor like deadric etc Edited December 13, 2015 by Laplex
