Nynja
I was wondering if there was a mod that changed the sky weather from fire and brimstone to blue and sunny. Why? because I've been inside oblivion one too many times and lets just say. I'm not a fan of huge amounts of red. all help is apreciated
21603
You could just stop going into Oblivion, that would surely stop it.
Nynja
thing is. i just started playing again. i want to get the main quest over with but really hate going into the gates.I mean, Oblivion is a cool place but is a little sunshine too much to ask for? also, i dont like messing with story altering mods so thats out of the question. 21603
Oblivion is meant to lack in the sunshine department so I'd get used to it. Anyway it'll be over soon enough, main story doesn't go that long.
ninja_lord666
I found this on accident. Natural Weather (a part of Natural Environments) does that...ironically. If you have Natural Weather, when you first go into Oblivion, it'll be normal, but after the weather changes outside, it'll also change in Oblivion. Some of my funniest moments involve walking around Oblivion watching the snow fall...
elpiggo
That's only if you install weather esps that aren't meant to be installed at the same time, like normal and darker nights. As for the clear oblivion skies, I'll have a crack at that now.

I ended up removing it, odd weather occurrences tend to ruin the game.

SickleYield
I've been using Natural Weather almost ever since I started playing Oblivion and never seen that. o_O I think it's caused by using it with Natural Interiors, but I'm not sure.
mezlo
I PM'd you a link to a mod I created which replaces the Oblivion weather with the Cameron Paradise weather. It also replaces the lava with water to further cut down on the amount of redness. Mez
