Need a mod to Action Point don't stop generating when using

Do you remember Mana in Skyrim who don't regenerate then you use it ?

I hate that, and it's the same problem in FO4 with Action Point.

If someone can found the entry who manage this settings, he should create a mod to fix it :') !
