apaosha Posted April 12, 2011 Share Posted April 12, 2011 Both? There are 4 Playable races. Asian, Caucasian, African American and Hispanic. There are also Old and Child versions of those races. What npc race do you want to change to what other race? And why do you want to do it? You have trouble with hand textures? Think before you type. Explain. Is it that you're having texture mismatch where the head is one colour and the body/hand/whatever a different colour? In that case try ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=944 If that doesn't help, you may have to edit the values for African American to use the skin textures of Asian.
