SWF Filter for the Startpage maybe?

I'd like to suggest a way not to display NSFW content on the frontpage because when i come to this page im greeted by this:

I dont want to block such content or the author but i'd rather not be greeted to the page

by a massive c*** and tits...

You can block anything that you don't want to see. Go change your preferences.

That would however require that you disable adult content from your profile; perhaps what he is after is instead a session specific solution.

 

The way I would try to approach it is likely to introduce a URL modifier to denote when you are wanting a SFW overwrite of your standard permissions to ensue it is SFW; I.e. currently it is http://www.nexusmods.com/ instead perhaps it would become something like http://sfw.nexusmods.com/

 

However personally I think you are likely to have to simply change your preferences lol. Worst case scenario - just browse at work.

The mod in question is tagged with:

• New Textures
• Not Safe For Work
• Sexy/Skimpy
• Nudity

Block any of those tags and you won't see those files in the hot files, but you'll still be able to see those mod pages in the search results if you just search without your filters on.

 

The system exists, people just don't use it.
