poopgoblin
We all know the ooey-gooey delicious concoction called pie. I for one love it (though not as much as cake). My favorite kind is apple. There's nothing better than eating warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream on top on the 4th of July while watching fireworks, except Chuck Norris' beard. What is your favorite type of pie and how do you like to eat it, and on what occasion? P.S. If I see a post involving 3.14159265358979323846264338327950288419716939937510, I will snap. Malchik
Ah, pie. But 4th July? What on earth? Is that your birthday? We (in the UK) have Christmas Pudding - which might be pie or not - which I love and Christmas Cake which I do not like at all. Then there is shepherds' pie - which varies depending on who makes it - and steak and kidney pie - mmmm. Some people say you can't beat pie and mushy peas. Not my favourite put there you go. They never say what the pie is though. I suspect it is jumbuck. My local hostelry does a salmon and spinach pie that is rather tasty. And for pudding I suppose pecan pie. Why did I just join weight watchers?

I'm sorry, but I hate peas, why would you eat pea? Personally, I prefer pies that involve fruit, but a chicken pot pie, yeahhhhhhhh :)

It's a day where everyone eats pie and thinks about the greatest irrational number ever: PI!e is also a pretty good irrational number as well. You know what number is really strange? i. i equals the square root of -1. I also really like the quadratic formula. poopgoblin
*gunfire*I TOLD YOU I'D SNAP! But back on topic, I don't think I've ever had a meat pie, which is surprising, because I love slaughtered animal. Do they have jerky pie?
Marcus Wolfe
Ever had tortére? It was first made in Quebec, back when Canada was being colonized. The first tortére was made of some very easy to hunt pigeons. When those pigeons went extinct (I said they were easy to hunt) they started using pig and cow meat. It usually contains some spice or garlic, and while it is not jerky pie (not that jerky pie even exists or anything) it is very delicious. Among the fruit pies I appreciate apple and raspberry. I was never into cherry pie, nor pear pie or peach pie. I'd like to try strawberry pie, blackberry pie and blueberry pie, although I might get sick if I try them all in one day LOL. Jonlissla
We don't eat much pie in Sweden. It's normally just cakes and the like. In my personal opinion, rhubarb pie is the best! :D
Switch
I have to agree on apple pie + vanilla icecream. Mmm. :P That's probably my favourite fruit pie. Favourite meat pie is steak and tanglefoot (ale) provided the steak is lean. Discovered this pie recently at a pub near where I live and it's gorgeous.
