Need help resizing object in Nifskope

I want to make a new projectile by shrinking the cannonball mesh. I managed to figure out how, but when I try to use it ingame, the broadsider fires nothing. I don't know if it was something I did in nifskope or FO4Edit, but I can figure it out.

I don't think the mesh has too much connections on projectiles,

yes they have bounding box, collision properties, but it just a 3D-object,

it would not functional if no physics simulation was programmed.

 

I assume that there should be another file manages the physics between objects,

and I wish you good luck.
