  2. yes, and youtubers have confirmed this. the people being banned were using cheat engine, they are trying to imply that it was just the mods, but the evidence says cheat engine was used.
  3. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22896?tab=files im at a loss. bethesda has no limitations that would prevent them from fixing the lever action, they put a damn pump action shotgun in the game. they must have literally just left all the DLC weapons in and didnt touch them. i mean we still have radiation weapons, completely useless damage type. anyways how hard would it be to port this mod? it has an ESP and i think that would be a problem.
  4. you can add simple keyframed transforms in the nif files without having a separate animation file. that would be my guess.
  5. 3d studio max and blender are probably the 2 most popular. maya is used sometimes, and may be a bit more like the parametric software you are used to because it is a dedicated NURBS modeler. they will still be very different paradigms of modeling though.

  8. i didnt have jokers revolver in mind no, that is a standard barrel length, idk if i will go longer because without the forward grip, it would look kind of ludicrous. dont rule anything out tho. i plan on making my own scope and or red dot, or maybe i can find an asset out there pre made that is released for the community to use. i will probably reuse the recon scopes.
  9. way too many triangles in that tube. like other said use bake maps for that. try to flatten map on the tube. other than that, you want to have max auto generate uv coordinates when creating a complex shape like that.

  12. im pretty sure the skeleton is in the nifs, and you have max plugins for those. afaik the .HKX just contain the animation data.
  13. id avoid it. i believe the nexus is pretty strict about not letting vanilla content from other games in. other mods are fine as long as you have permission from the authors and they do not contain vanilla assets.

  16. afaik we dont have the ability to edit these yet, unless you are some sort of animation savant that can do it by code.
  17. you mean in a technical sense that its not supported by the new engine, or in a copyright sense as in Bethesda wont alow vanilla content from past games to be ported in?

  20. depends, how much will the armor cost me? tbh i could see horses making a comback as a mode of transportation in fallout, though i dont think there is any lore that supports that.
