Invisible Settlers

Hi there fellow fallouters.

Suddenyl when walking around my settlement in Sactuary i heard a settler speaking to me as if she was beside me, but no one was there. But when I moved te cursor around for a bit i found that when pointing mid-air it changed as if I would've hovered a settler.

I then entered Workshop-mode and voila: This is what I saw.
I have no idea what caused this, and frankly I'm at a loss.

I'll try to disable mods in order to seek out what might be the reason but thought to seek out assistance here aswell.

Here you can see what I saw.

Note that I'm using a basic settler renaming mod.

Cheers

Qvist

Yeah... I disabled all the mods that had been activated after the bug appeared but now it seems that only the settlers I edited with "showlooksmenu" turned invisible. I guess It's another bug to add to the list of that godforsaken command.

Hmm, don't remember if I used the slm command before on one invisible settler that I found at Tenpines. Heard the voice and saw the footsteps, turned on Workshop mode and saw the exact same thing. Good thing about that, I was able to target them properly and Disable the ghost settler. Haven't found another since then thankfully. O_o

me too, i noticed it in far harbor, when i select them and see their outline they have their hair stretched off into the distance too.

I find the fix is selecting them while in workbench so you can see their outline, then type:

disable

recycleactor

enable

If you changed them in slm and they were invisible, then just change them back and they won't be invisible anymore.
