Vampire Problems

Once you have been cured of vampirism or werewolf once, you become imune to both permently, this is something they put into bloodmoon.

Basicaly you have one shot at becoming a werewolf or a vampire, and one shot only, if you use a cure common disease its all over, the only exception to this is if you cure vampirism prior to starting bloodmoon, in that case you can still contract werewolf through the main quest, however if you chose to cure yourself you can never catch werewolf again.

well it is kinda cheating since you can chose what kind of vamp to be and when you wanna be it, but it comes in handy when entering vampire inhabited tombs and ruins, as well as when you need that extra strength and speed in a fight, but its not all good cuz you get all the weaknesses a normal vampire has.

pfft. I don't like that.

I think this will be one time I WOULD be willing to cheat, or use a mod to change it, because I think that you should be able to be both. However, I tried to use the console command to turn myself into a vampire, and although I got the blood disease... it didn't turn me into a vampire, despite resting for several days

The reason you still didn't become a vampire is because Your diffrent than you were before you became a Werewolf, first you were human, than Werewolf now your Un-Werewolf, in the editor as a human you where ( PCWerewolf == 0 ) Now you are ( PCWerewolf == -1 ) or Un-Werewolf. As long as PCwerewolf is set to -1 You can't become anything. But if you want to cure yourself of Un-Werewolfness with the editor, just find the WerewolfPC Script and put a ; in front of where it says somthing like, " if ( PCwerewolf != 0 ) " There should be a comment saying that it's checking to see if you where cured. I may not be completely right as I'm not looking at the code right now, but I believe it should work.
