PROJECT MASARU

Peregrin, why do you focus on negative specters of a project? It's my belief that encouraging will do more good than flaming. There is a vast difference between constructive criticism and your flaming posts.

Simple: anyone can go all rabid fanboy over a project and praise them like the second coming of Jesus. I prefer to give a more realistic opinion of the project. Besides, it's in their own best interest... if they don't fix the problems I point out, they're not going to finish it. Or if nothing else, at least I can put it out of its misery and save everyone from wasting any more time on a hopeless cause.

So instead you think (and post): "Wow, ur liek never gonna make it, ur so n00b, haha I laugh at u!!111 Don't even try it!111one"

Ever heard of learning and failing? Wouldn't that be accomplishment enough maybe? That's if they fail, which I don't think they will ;) It's going to take some time, but is more than doable.

Thank you Silvuru Agnost. Once again you prove that peregrine was wrong. (hopefully he'll shut up now)

By the way, were you the one who posted in the site? if it was that was great help and i dont mind having you on the team.

Update: We should be getting the landmass done sometime today and mean while I'll start making the town in cyrodil that will take you to the island. The town is a redguard town so it'll some what like anvil but much smaller. More like a village really. Basicly you do a couple quests there find out about the island, go there with a crew of people. After that just sit back and wait for the landmass to finish.

He's made a few good points so far throughout his tirade against this project. Maybe you should let him post, read the good points that he has, if any, and ignore him beyond that?

A good leader has to be open to all comments whether they're good or not. If you don't pay attention to the negative comments and just ignore them, you won't know the problems o the mod. Whenever someone says, "I think that's not very good..." you'd stop reading and will disregard that comment. That's not good because then you won't realize that there is something wrong with that part, and you'll end up releasing a buggy mod. The negative comments will help you realize the parts that need improvement, so you can fix them. That's why it's called 'constructive criticism'.

By focusing on only the good comments and the oblivious fan-boys, you'll think that your mod is perfect, but then, after you release it and read all the horrible reviews will you finally realize that your mod isn't perfect, but, then, it'll be too late. You could release an updated one, but, because your first version was so badly received, barely anyone will even try the second version...except for the oblivious fan-boys. You don't want your mod's success based on oblivious fan-boys do you? I didn't think so. If you don't pay attention to all comments, your mod will fail.

Ninja your the last person who should be posting here! I read everything that Peregrine wrote but how the hell should he know how my organization is! I use messenger thats how info gets sent back and forth. I listen to every comment there is good or bad. I even got more organized hoping that peregrine would finally put something positive but he wont ever put something positive! So thats the end of that, unless its worth reading dont post here.
