Odd animation while casting spells and looking up/down.

So I just started my new game with a whole bunch of mods and everything worked great except one animation for using the healing spell is very broken. I think its related to a mod editing the skeleton.nif but I have had no luck reinstalling any that do that.

I have used LOOT to sort my mods but not done any TES5EDIT stuff yet.

I have also verified steam cache files for skyrim to try and fix it with no luck.

EDIT:

 

I solved the problem. Apparently there was a enhanced camera mod that was using the wrong fov setting from what I had the main game set to.
