Tutorial on how to make this girl on console

Hello I was wondering if anyone can make a tutorial on how to make this character on console if you did thank you

I don't think it's possible, copying faces requires a third party app that obviously won't run on a console. Once mods are enabled on consoles there will be ways of doing it.

There is a ShowLookMenu console command that gets you back into character creation menu for your character. You can TRY to mod your character to look like her. There is also a mod called Face Ripper. I do not know how it works, but people have successful "face ripping" other NPC to apply onto their own character. Thus what you do is to download that save game, rip her face, and place onto your existing character.

He can't do any of those options bud, he is playing on console ;)
