Here's my current order.

GameMode=Fallout4

Fallout4.esm=1

SettlementKeywords.esm=0

Homemaker.esm=1

SpringCleaning.esm=1

Snap'n Build.esm=1

Simple Intersection.esp=1

New Landscape Grass v2.esp=1

PPH Min.esp=1

AlternateSettlements.esp=0

Guard Rug - D3.esp=0

Guard Rug - D6.esp=0

Guard Rug - D1.esp=0

ScrapDeadThings.esp=1

Safe SSEx.esp=0

SpringCleaning_GrassDirt.esp=1

SpringCleaning_SancConcrete.esp=1

Snap and Build - Modules.esp=1

Snap and Build - Patches.esp=1

CraftableAmmo.esp=1

CraftableAmmo_plus.esp=1

SSex isn't loaded at all. I've shifted order all over the place and got the same result every time.

If I select Set Kywrds and Alt Settlements, I get the borked shops. If I leave it off, everything else is fine.

Again, I've also tried this with nothing BUT the launch program, Setkywrd and ALt Settlments, too, so it wasn't another mod messing with it. As I said above, that was my first test.

It's a shame, really, because if I could just get a mod with the stone work materials for walls, floors and ceilings I'd be set without anything else (wanted Medieval Resurrectionist Architecture going!)

Settlement Keywords physically moves the Shops to the Resources category. It should be between the Water and Misc categories inside the Resources.( I do not like it either.)

Here is a picture of where the Stores/Shops should be located:

-Things that could cause the stores to be completely gone. (known issue)-

1. Mods that conflict with Settlement Keywords.

2. Being at a limited workshop like at Boston Airport or Home Plate without the mods that make them into full workshops.

3. Bad copy of Settlement Keywords. (Try updating it.)

4. Being over the limit even with Settlement Keywords. (You should not be since I have way more mods and still have my shops.)

-The problem with your loadorder-

It seems you are missing the compatibility patches for Homemaker and SNB that make them compatiblty with Settlement Keywords. I think the newest version of Homemaker has one in its installer for Homemaker and SNB. (They conflict with Settlement Keywords if you do not use the compatibilty patch.)

-Solution-

Try adding the compatibilty patch for Homemaker and SNB.

***Try this only if you have some knowledge of FO4EDIT** (I recommend doing this in your custom file but you can do it inside Settlement Keywords.)

Can you move the shops back to where they go in the vanilla workshop? Yes.

1. Open FO4EDIT.

2. Load all your mods.

3. Expand Settlement Keywords in the left pane by clicking on the plus sign next to its name.

4. Expand the FORMID Lists section inside Settlement Keywords.

5. Click on the "Resource Form" to open it in the right pane.

6. Look for the "SK_Resources_Vendors_Form "Vendors Form" [FLST:00118F65]" entry in the "Resource Form".

7. Click on the "SK_Resources_Vendors_Form "Vendors Form" [FLST:00118F65]" entry.

8. Right click and select Edit. Right click in the edit value window and select copy.

9. Click cancel on the edit value window.

10. Go to the FORMID List named "Main Menu".

11. On a blank space in the FORMID List right click and sellect Add. (This will add a NULL - Null Reference [00000000] entry to the list of FORMIDs.)

12. Right click the "NULL - Null Reference [00000000]" select edit.

13. Right click in the Edit value window and select paste to replace "NULL - Null Reference [00000000]" with "SK_Resources_Vendors_Form "Vendors Form" [FLST:00118F65]".

14. Click Ok.

15. Right click the new "SK_Resources_Vendors_Form "Vendors Form" [FLST:00118F65]" entry and select "move up" to move it to any spot on the main menu spot you want.

Honestly, if that does not work then I am stumped and sorry that I could not help fix your issue. :sad:

the compatibility patch wasn't an issue since I tested my order without loading Homemaker both times.

there's no shop at all with set kywords/alt settlements.

for whatever reason, apparently enough other folks aren't having this issue to get it looked at by the author, so I guess it's back to those sh**ty shacks again. So close to heaven. But even closer to h*ll.

but I appreciate the help.

eventually someone may figure this out, or maybe even Bethesda might finally complete a game! Okay, that last one's pure fantasy.

Remove Snap n Build + Homemaker.

Get the latest version of Snap'n Build + its SK patch and install them. Let the patch overwrite the main .esm and disable the Modules and Patches .esp-files.

Reinstall the latest version of Homemaker and choose the SK port (+ Greenhouse and Bunker Disabler, if you don't want duplicates with Snap n Build, plus the Institute Unlocker if you want Homemakers Institute items without the related quest).

Make sure that Homemaker.esm is below Snap'n Build.esm and both are below SettlementKeywords.esm.

Load order:

Fallout4.esm=1
SettlementKeywords.esm=1

Snap'n Build.esm=1
Homemaker.esm=1
SpringCleaning.esm=1

Simple Intersection.esp=1

AlternateSettlements.esp=1

Guard Rug - D3.esp=0
Guard Rug - D6.esp=0
Guard Rug - D1.esp=0

Homemaker - SK Integration Patch.esp=1
Homemaker - Greenhouse and Bunker Disabler SK.esp=1
Homemaker - Unlocked Institute Objects SK.esp=1

New Landscape Grass v2.esp=1
PPH Min.esp=1
ScrapDeadThings.esp=1
SpringCleaning_GrassDirt.esp=1
SpringCleaning_SancConcrete.esp=1
CraftableAmmo.esp=1
CraftableAmmo_plus.esp=1
