Have you tried The Witcher? Combat isn't really nice but it's interesting. There's also, Gothic 1-3 (beware of bugs and oh don't get Gothic 4) and Risen (which is Gothic with pirates and such. Also it's banned in Aus).

What is funny is i just got The Witcher =]. Didn't play it yet, but i am going too soon. I did try gothic 4 and I wanted to like it, but I couldn't get into it.

Combat isn't really good (TW I mean), dialouge is a hit and miss at times, story is okay but you need to read the books first to get the sense of the story and background. Overall, it isn't a bad game but to the audences who haven't read TW books first (which is most people not in Poland), it was a huge miss into the introduction of the series. That really sums it all up.

Key thing I'll say about Saint's Row is firstly, get the second one, the first was good, but the second is a quantum leap better. But when you're playing it, dont expect GTA. Saint's Row is at heart, a sandbox, nothing more, nothing less, the main missions are there for those who want them, but they arent the point of the game, rather, you're actualy better off leaving them unfinished as this actualy gives you more enemies to fight(though it will drasticaly reduce your income, which only hurts below a certain margin as you'll eventualy get "more money than you can ever spend" in a day or less, everyday, passively) Oh and dont take it seriously, it is VERY rude, and often a little bit foul, but that's the point, it's a silly, silly, funny game, and you've got to go into it and just let your hair down and go with the flow, do that, and you'll soon be having a great time.

Basicaly it's limit is your own imagination, you can fly, drive, or sail literaly every vehicle in the game bar jumbo jets and El-trains, everything else, and I mean EVERYTHING else is driveable, including some fun easter egg vehicles. Furthermore most land ones are customiseable too, you want a giant pink armour plated Semi Trailer? steal a semi, take it to the Truck Tuner, and paint it pink and give it armour!

Likewise you can wear ANYTHING you see on the citizens of Stillwater, including that Hotdog Suit, and wielding any of the game's guns and assorted bludgeoning instruments. Any look is possible, from my serious and slimey mid 1940s Mafia dude, to a fat cross dressing man in a hotdog suit! But it really shines in it's shenanigens, it's got a series of "activities" to "entertain you" with. These include Fuzz where you dress up as a cop and inflict utter brutality in front of TV cameras, ostensibly for Reality TV, to Trail Blazer where you ride a burning quadbike through a college campas setting as much on fire as possible, to the downright bizaar Septic Avenger, where you drive a HAZMAT truck full of radioative waste through the city spraying everything you can find in toxic brown goo.

The RPG elements come in when you complete every three levels of an activity, which gains you a Perk, such as faster health regen, cooler melee animations, the ability to faceplant without taking damage(VITAL for motorcyclists) aswell as other bonuses such as discounts, a hooker costume, a flyable UFO and a 510 KM/H (literaly) rocket powered speedboat.

While all of that sounds amazazing and I am going to play it, but there is one part where I disagree. Garry's Mod is the only game you can do literally everything. Case Closed R.I.P.

OH MY AGOD. I had no idea there were books. I have been needing something to read. Well, looks like I am off to the only Barnes & Nobles that has hobos outside -.-

If you are in need of reading material, may I suggest the Wheel of Time series and A Song of Ice and Fire series. They are quite nice. Edited by brokenergy

If you're looking for books, may I suggest the Legend of Drizzt by RA Salvatore (if you haven't read them already, that is  )? It's a long-running series, but it is so good! It's a Forgotten Realms D&D style story.

If you looking for Forgotten realms games, i suggest Demon stone and Baldur's gates 1 and 2, also Icewind dales 1 and 2. Other games: Temple of elemental evil that is D&D game, then there is Neverwinter nights 1 and 2, Dawn of magic 1 and 2, Dungeon Lord and Sacred 1 and 2.
