Boombro
If realism isn't a part of RPGs, why was FWE so popular for FO3? Why did Bethesda include survival needs in FNV? Why is Frostfall such a popular mod for Skyrim? Why did someone make a mod for Skyrim so that coins have weight? So mods define a genre?I'm talking about all those other RPGs. FNV is the only RPG I know with a need feature. The game doesn't give you that option. Try your various conversation options at the start of the game. You love your spouse and you care deeply about your baby. There are no other conversation options. Do you really think people can't act and lie? It not uncommon for people to act as if they love and care as wives, husbands and parents . It happened since the stone age across the world. Also, go to the Institute and watch your own reaction when you find your son.Why would I go there if you don't care though. I'm also curious what you think is so different about the lore in FO3. Vault-tec makes vaults that experiment on people in both games (that's kinda the point of Fallout). The DC branch of the Brotherhood of Steel aren't such a-holes as the guys in the western U.S., but they are 2000 miles away from each other. I wouldn't expect them to be completely uniform across the entire country. Synths are an east coast thing, so you have synths in FO3 and FO4, but not FNV.The lore doesn't seem that different to me.FO3 seems to not have a lot of relation to the past games. Sadly, I'm have a vogue idea about the whole picture. But in fallout 2, the world was in way better shape than fo3 state. And FNV is more suited as third game. maybemeandyou
fallout 3 took place in dc so i imagine thats why fo2 looked better than 3. dc was a target for multiple warheads. rather than all of the west coast
