Kanri
Are you sure you need to unpack .tex files? Most ingame textures are stored in .241F5DEB files that can be unpacked to provide .dds files...

Phnx
Tool for extracting and repacking the ARC files. Download links:www.tzarsectus.com/tools/ARCtool.rar (tool itself)www.tzarsectus.com/tools/ARCtool-PC-batch.rar (batch files with game presets) Basic usage:- Drag and drop arc files onto pc-dd to unpack, or drag and drop directories onto pc-dd to repack.- Use command prompt, and write "pc-dd [arcfilename]" to unpack, or "pc-dd [dir]" to repack. It has additional functionality to convert various formats while unpacking/repacking. Add these arguments to the bat file, or write them in command prompt as you run the arctool:- TEX (-tex) Convert textures.- XFS (-xfs) Convert XFS to and from xml files. These are used for various gameplay definitions and scripts.- LOT (-lot) Convert LOT to and from txt files. These are used to define enemies in the world (position, type of enemy, scale, and related information).- GMD (-gmd) Text convertsion.
