Fallout 4 mods load order issues

Hello, Nexus forum visitors. :blush:

I'm playing Fallout 4 since months with mods from Nexus.

 

Every time I am in build mode, the game starts after awhile to slow down, especially when it starts to rain.

But that's not my real problem.

 

My real problem is when I start to build, the icons are on different build sections, or I do not see the icon,

or I have on same build section two or more of the same build icon (example: two SAME chairs).

Or I have TWO doors on the wall that I have to open the two doors go go into the house.

 

But the main problem is, when I want to build something the game crashes, every time I install new mods, or change the load order.

 

I have looked/searched on this forum and read so many posts (on mod pages) of other users and their problems with the same problem.

But I could not find an answer for my real problem.

 

I have to know which mods have to be 'on top' of all other mods in the load order (plugins); the correct load order for known mods.

 

I am using Nexus Mod Manager and install mostly within it because it helps me to order my mods or to update.

But I install non-NMM mods manually like "bat" files (like "follow me" in the console).

 

I have changed the mods for clothing etc under other mods (workbenches, weather, main mods etc.).

 

Because this is my first post in the forum, I am sorry if I have done wrong to open new post.

I also read other forum posts about load order issues. I thought I should make new post to ask you for answers.

 

Are there wrong load orders, non-working/incompatible mods? Do I need mod patches?

 

Yesterday, I have deleted the mods for "Workbenches" and "SSEX" because I read that they are slowing down the game.

I have changed the mods' load order I have with the mods you have too. But I have many mods you do not have and you have so many mods I do not have.

I will try with the new load order to see what will happen. Do you think that I should install the mods for "crafting workbenches" and "SSEF" etc. again?

 

I have played with my mods after I posted here and I had so many problems. In Sanctuary (in build mode) almost all items were

double or more times. To scrap an item I had to scrap sometimes FOUR times of the SAME item!

Ok, first of all you DO NOT need all the items on that list. That is just a template, a guide to tell you were your mods' plugins should go. No need to go and install all the mods on that list.

Seconds, you only need ONE scrap mod. I recommend spring cleaning since it's maintained and taken care of constantly.

 

The reason I only gave you the template and not arranged your mods myself is because you need to learn if you're going to mod this game.

OK, understood now. That helped me a lot. I know that I do not need all of the mods you have.

I also know: Too many mods means errors and slow downs in the game.

 

What happens when I install spring cleaning mod and not scrap scrap? Becauase I scraped a lot stuff in the game.

This should be a fairly correct load order.

And make sure that Expanded Settlement Buildings is the uncategorized version of that mod and that Snap'n Build is v1.5 + the SK-port, cause else disabling its .esp's will render SnB completely useless.
