okappa Posted April 25, 2011 Share Posted April 25, 2011 I'm using both OOO and UOP. I was also using Reneer's Guard Overhaul, but I've since turned that off. Anyway, several small problems have popped up. The first sign of trouble was that, rather than the unique armor, Captain Renault in the opening was wearing nothing. She still behaved normally and all, and still carried her katana. The biggest problem, however, is that I can't save. Quicksaves and Autosaves work, but whenever I make a New Save the file instantly disappears. When I go to load games, there are no saves aside form Quicksave and Autosave regardless of the number of times I've saved the game. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
nosisab Posted April 25, 2011 Share Posted April 25, 2011 (edited) whenever you uninstall a mod you might be removing files common to the remaining mods. Try reinstalling those which are still there. About the save issue, it's strange indeed and should occur. There is not enough information to make a precise diagnostic of the issue. A wild bet is the game is installed in C:\Program Files (x86) what it shouldn't. PS: remember to always install the "base" mods first, like UOP, it should always be installed as soon as after the official patch. If that wasn't a problem in the past, would it still make sense that it suddenly is? Does OOO change that somehow? And yes, I installed everything in the order you described. That wasn't a problem. What other information would be needed? I'm pretty much horrible with computers and would like to avoid installing many new diagnostic programs, but if it's the only way...
