Valentisha
I'm not sure if that's caused by mods or not (maybe they just got old, is that a thing?), but I'm pretty sure it is.The problem is, a lot of NPCs now look different now. I can only tell with Piper, Cait and Desdemona, however. Curie also doesn't look like what I've seen on the internet. I uploaded screenshots of them before and after (ignore Piper being blonde pls, that's how the hairdye mod works), and what I noticed was that the appearance changed only when after I created a second char, but that was most likely a coincidence, can't imagine how that can affect anything. http://imgur.com/a/7nHVwAnd also a list of plugins from NMM, but I doubt it's useful, as faces changed before I started using NMM. http://imgur.com/a/f2C4eMy only guess is that it happened after I half assed the manual installation of CBBE. I tried installing and uninstalling it with NMM just now and it didn't help. Desdemona, Piper and Cait are best waifus 2015 pls send help
wax2k
Just a heads up though unrelated: having several versions of the same mod running at the same time is not a good idea. You might want to get rid of the old Homemaker.esp.

wax2k
I would have been very suprised if it had helped with the faces
SirTwist
If you manually installed CBBE, then you will have to manually uninstall it. That might help. Not sure about the faces, but at least that might be a start.

SirTwist
Check your ini files. Caliente wants you to change the Fallout4Custom.ini file. That could be it. If not, clean out your Data file minus the game's files and folders. Verify cache through Steam, and see if you have the beta patch. Then reinstall your mods. I recommend, strongly, using a mod manager to install CBBE and Body Slide. NMM is okay, but Mod Organizer is better. And will leave your Data folder very clean, and neat, like the day it was first made. There are some things to note about it. Some mods, when attempting to install through Mod Organizer will cause it to crash. I chalk it up to bad FOMOD's. And some people would say it's an alpha, no one shouldn't use it yet, it will crash your game, and so on. I have used Mod Organizer 2 alpha 3 exclusively for a while now. It has it's moments, but it is easier to find the mod that is acting up, and removing it, even manually.

SirTwist
It can be the game itself, or a bad install of CBBE. Manually download, and only open, CBBE, go into your Data folder, and clean out everything that is in CBBE's archive. If this doesn't fix the problem, then try the beta patch. If one of the two fixes the problem, then it should be okay. After you are done, if you want CBBE and Body slide, please install it through your mod manager, and not manually. This will be a bit easier, and shouldn't cause problems.
tomomi1922
I highly doubt CBBE has anything to do with faces. For instance, you have this PiperHair.esp that seems to sugest that it will change Piper's hair. The game will not do it by accident. There gotta be mods out there that alters it. Best way to test is to start a brand new game (to ensure all the companions are untouched). While you are still in Vault 111, use player.placeatme command ti get all companion to your location. Find the companion ID on Wiki, Piper is some 1F2D something (not accurate). I know it is possible some mod will permanently alter an NPC like you would on ShowLookMenu. I don't personally know any, but I don't doubt it.
