It could also be using equipment for Robert's Male Body (maybe any body mod even) on Vanilla bodies, or vice versa.

I couldn't yet figure out why, but this is also known to cause bodyparts along with armor or clothing to disappear, for some.

You are using the wrong armour for your installed body type. Plain and simple. Choose the correct clothing and armour that is compatible with whichever body mod you have installed.

just to give an idea the 2 i am experiencing problems with the most are saurons armour and nightshade, i have no body mods or anything like that, i had the same problem with the lost paladins of the divine armour but that works now when i installed it on mod manager but i cant seem to find downloads for the other mods with mod manager.

I heard some testures or meshes could be renamed but i dont know properly if that works.

I remember on my old computer nightshade and saurons armour, well infact any modded armour worked, i had no body mods.

I am using the drag and drop into data folder method or the copy and paste from a temporary folder method. I have gone through the meshes and texures folders over and over and nothing is missing from the data folder.

You can make your own OMODs from those two. Download them and put the archives on to your desktop. Open up OBMM and press 'Create'. Give it a name and then press 'Add Archive'. Point it to the file you downloaded, then when it's added the files press 'Create OMod'. Do this for both mods.
