Alternate download server feedback

I am right about the mid mark between the two servers. The old one has been slow for me for several days now, but when I used the Chicago one just now on an 8 meg download, I got between 120 and 69kbps. Over the weekend I was getting 19 or less on the old one. I have not tried the old one tonight. Dallas might actually be closer to me than Chicago, not sure. The download was complete and undamaged. My connection is low range DSL and the tech told me the max I would get was around 100kbps and that I was getting that regularly from his tests of the line a few weeks ago.

Outstanding, I waited until I had dsl access to test the new server, downloaded a 35 meg file with an averager download speed of 241kbs, much improved. Simplicity and speeds a definite pluss. Well done Dark0ne.

The new beta server is very good!

On the old server I was starting to get speeds of 10kb - 30kb per second.

With the new server, it averages between 130kb/s and 200kb/s.

Amazing improvement. Great Speeds. Good Job.

I'm getting about 30KB/s right now on a 17MB file ....

These, compared with the speeds I've been getting last week with the old server, is an improvement of about 5 times here ... but it varies with time ... some times much better some times a bit slower.

For me this is great news ... Thanks for all the hard work, Dark0ne.

I do not have a way to transfer money to my PayPal account from my country (I live in Argentina) ... but when I found some way I will become a supporter for sure!

leus.

Not too bad. It`s a tad faster . I`m getting between 30 and 45 kb / sec. while downloading two simultanious streams.

It seems to connect faster too..

I think this pilot is a success..
