I did not ask for someone to make sure I properly tested that leveling up a actor and the player greatly effects the game. As I already clearly stated I know it does. As I clearly stated I tested it extensively. And have gotten excellent results from leveling down the player and keeping the player at one level. If you press it up or down the game will stop and you will be presented with your favorites list. This is actually helpful because I have found a well rounded breakfast can actually improve your mental capacity when modding and lead to a fully more productive mod portfolio.
