Why was the flatout 1 nexus rejected?

Why did you reject the flatout 1 nexus, flatout used to have a site for mods but now there is no place to store mods

Did someone upload a mod for that game? Faik Nexus will host mods for any game that the modders want to upload here. The modders themselves must upload their mods or someone who has permission to upload their mods here must do the uploading and a site will be created automatically for that game. Otherwise - no site. With the exception of some Bethesda games, Nexus doesn't usually create a site for mod hosting prior to modders uploading content for that game.

 

If you uploaded a mod that you didn't have permission to upload or did not make then that would be why the mod and site were pulled but other than that I don't know.

I do not remember seeing a file uploaded for Flatout. What was uploaded? Was anything uploaded?
