Skyrim New Game Crash

Hello everyone, I am getting back into Skyrim modding after a few years and I have encountered a problem. Essentially what happens is when I am in the cart and We are about to go through the gate, the game freezes and the camera shakes from side to side. Note we are not moving, just the camera. The audio continues but naturally I cannot play. Here is my load order, thank you if you can proved any help at all :)

I am trying to use TES5Edit and LOOT, but I am not making much headway.

Scratch that, the Ningheim and Dual Sheath Redux Patch are swapped around.

I also had to install Immersive Weapons manually, not sure if that has any bearing on this.

Have you run FNIS or if Skyrim from Steam try that Cache thing i think that cleans and repires files but don't know

I would ask foremost to tell which mod manager you are using. Secondly try an alt start mod and have you run FNIS? If you start by using an alternative start mod, does it work?

NMM and yes I have ran FNIS. I have searched the forums and found out that if one installs heavy scripted mods at the beginning, it can f*#@ it up because its a script heavy event.
