missing Lings.esp

I am trying to activate "Lucy West - companion" but get a desktop screen instead. Using FO3 edit the message is that Lings.esm is required but not found. WHERE can I download Lings.esm?? Nexus doesn't seem to have it.

I apologize i didnt realize that, i made sure to search to for a registered copyright in the us copyright office and the intellectual property office (UK)as well a few other countries that i could read before i asked and found nothing or i wouldnt have asked, interesting thank you very much for taking the time to answer
