Skyrim Anime race mod replacement

After a lot of consideration and organisation of ideas, I thought I might chuck what I have worked with on the table and see what kind of input I get.

 

What I am working on is exactly what the title says, an anime mod for skyrim that literally replaces all the existing races with anime related ones. This is assuming that replacing all NPC's and races with the outlined ones is possibly without completely breaking the game. This is also something that will be enormously difficult and time consuming, and will probably require a lot of outside support to go anywhere fast. I haven't gone too much farther than doing preliminary modeling, organisation, and research, however for the moment it seems feasible.

 

For the initial testing, the Vocaloid race will be used simply because I have pre-existing models/textures for it.

NOTE: THIS IS STILL EXTREMELY PRELIMINARY, SO DO NOT EXPECT MUCH FOR THE MOMENT.

 

Any help in producing content for this mod would be greatly appreciated. While I may have modeling experience, its mostly with drafting related projects in Rhinocerous 4-5, and my horrible endeavors to try and use Blender for precision based modeling.

 

Any and all useful input would also be appreciated.

 

 

My current issues are as follows:

1. Getting textures applied onto the Vocaloid models is not working as expected in Nifskope as outlined here: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3773475-converting-garrys-mod-npcplayer-models-into-skyrim/
2. For the life of me, I cannot figure out what the Orc replacement will be. It has to be something Gender neutral (having the capability for being both male and female) and it also needs to be based in heavy armor or something similar, seeing as how most of the other races are magic based. Suggestions are greatly appreciated.
