Howard also shared today during his talk that Fallout 4 has a secret that he thinks no one has discovered yet. Both games are built on the same basic framework (in the game files, Raiders actually have references labeling them as Dark Brotherhood, for example). Same deal with the V.A.T.S. framework being used in Skyrim for the killmoves. Actually, the more I think about it; I bet the real secret is the counting method you need to use so that the climb to High Hrothgar really is 7,000 steps.
