EDIT: 3:30, still nothing. Come on Bethesda! EDIT #2: It's 4 AM EST. I guess I'll go to bed now. I kinda wanted to download it tonight. It's 6:23, no dice... Xbox users on the Bethesda forums have already got it. Come on Bethesda! It's only like 250 MB, evidently. Seems a bit small. If you check this thread, you'll see that the Xbox version has been out for an hour or so.
