I'm having trouble with CTD here, first time switching over to Vortex from NMM. I have downloaded Oblivion reloaded esp but i'm quite confused as to what else I should do with the file other than place it in my Oblivion master files. I've also installed OBSE and i'm using oblivion from steam. I have installed wrye bash BUT refused to move my installation files under a new directory other than my programs because, well, this computer likes to fight me on admin privileges for some reason. I have a few other mods installed, specifically immersive interiors is saying I am missing master files for some reason, also I do not know how to correctly organize my LO, I have LOOT but does vortex already have these files archived and do it for me? I have screenshots as well I will upload. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

(edit) uhh okay, I have lightscreen shots but it wont let me upload? i'm trying to paste urls into the image tool as well and nothing happens? lol how do I post a screenshot? (edit) okay, well not sure why each different link, links to the same screenshot now.

I can't get OBSE to work properly. I've installed it properly, Steam Overlay just won't work with Oblivion. Now that I think about it, I don't know if I've ever seen it work with Oblivion. Can someone help?

Below is a screenshot of my game directory and my MO 2 window (I couldn't work it into the screenshot so just know that I did move the OBSE data folder to the Oblivion game directory).

Hello ItsMaybelline,

First of all, you should download BOSS to give a proper order to your mods, because from your screenshot, it is quite messy ^.^' And many errors in game can come from a messy order.

And about OBSE, I see that you are using the Steam version of TES IV Oblivion. You do not need all these OBSE items in your directory, only 3 :

- obse_1_2_416.dll

- obse_editor_1_2.dll

- obse_steam_loader.dll

When you launch the game for the first time with OBSE, it will create a new folder in your Oblivion directory (under Data) called "OBSE". Inside you will find a configuration item and sometimes a "Plugins" folder.

Check if you are using the latest version of OBSE.

Start using BOSS for your mod order.

Hope this help a little,

Hello. I tried to mod Oblivion, but with every mod leads to crash. Of course im using obse and any other required mods, installed correctly. Sometimes even oblivion without mods, but with obse leads to crash. When with any mod i cant even load game because its leads to crash. Start new game-save-exit game-launch game-trying to load save-crash. Whats wrong?

Sorry for my english
