Thank you for your quick response! (...were you monitoring this topic, or does it alert modders when names are used?)

No, not monitoring and, no alerts to modders. I was just poking around the treads and, stumbled across this topic. It is "obviously" something I'm interested in. http://www.thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/biggrin.gif

Awesome to hear you still have interest - look forward to new release. Again, it's all much appreciated. I know that many download but few take the time to go back and endorse, which I should do more as well.

Will the new work affect AWOP areas at all? I don't have it running yet but was thinking about it and looks like it changes a lot of interiors.

Yes, I'm still very interested in my project. I'm very close to making a release I will have around 26 new unique interiors, as in DCInteriors every one is custom built, no cut and paste interiors.

I have no idea what AWOP is and, god do I hate acronyms! I don't understand why modders can't give an easily understandable name. Sorry for the rant! http://www.thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/blink.gif So to give you a quick answer, I don't know. I haven't ben following the released mods lately, I've only ben playing the game and working on NVInteriors. Guess we'll just have to see.

Hope that didn't sound rude, not my intent. http://www.thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/wacko.gif

I have another question of you, since I see you did that Military Vehicles mod - ever try or know anyone who has been trying to make a functioning driveable four-wheeled vehicle? Something along the lines of J3X's motorcycle or even the hover chair or hoverboard mods, but in a jeep or truck? Probably best to be something open-topped.

Some say it isn't possible given the game mechanics...the road and wheels interacting, but since it's the future - what about a hover car, open top hover jeep - anti-grav perhaps? Something to cruise in down to Primm on a Sunday afternoon...? With a few companions, of course.

I suppose I should put all this into another formal request page.

Cheers!

This is beyond my skill set, I know little to nothing about animations or, how one would even go about making the vehicles functional. My modeling skills are sill quite new, I can manipulate existing ones to fit my needs but, thats about it.

You probably should put out a request, there may be someone who can pull it off, its just not me.

Thanks for your interest and, support.

AWOP = 'A World Of Pain' by myself:

http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38719

Basically it adds 95 new locations (or there abouts, actual total interior count is much higher).

I hope there are no conflicts coz your DCInteriors for FO3 was an amazing piece of work and I have been looking forward to a similar NV release.

Most of my locations are Underground and in remote areas, most recent areas don't even use existing doors (add entirely new ones to prevent shared door conflicts) very few open up existing buildings (about 10) so any conflicts should be minimal.

Didn't realize it was your mod, sorry! http://www.thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/wallbash.gifNow that you gave me the full name, I can say I've only heard good things about it. I will download it and, check for conflicts, I did just read another tread after seeing your post and, noticed you did some work in bonny springs. This could be an issue as I've filled in most of the buildings there. (I still need to finish the shack.)

I will PM you a link to my WIP, I'm completely willing to work with others to avoid conflicts. http://www.thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/thumbsup.gif

Bonne Springs should be OK. I never opened up any buildings, just put a sewer grate on the road a little north of the town itself.

Looking forward to checking out your work so far :)

as I've said before, "I'm not trying to take over the entire world". "just what I can get my grubby little hand on first." http://www.thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/biggrin.gif

we're all cool!
