Anyone using Mod Organizer for Fallout 4 already?

Erm, wait, Mod Organizer ain't an editor or so right?

Just making sure.

To me, NMM works perfectly.

FO4Edit as well, for that matter, though I fail to combine Mods with it.

For some reason, if I combine one too many, it just kills the entire file off when launching (read crashing) FO4.

We surely could use a Mod Merger that actually works.

No, Mod Organizer is a mod manager, like NMM or other managers but the difference is that it virtualizes the file system for the game's data folder. So you can rearrange the order of mods non-destructively, not only ESPs but all files (textures, meshes, sounds, etc.) and they overwrite each other only virtually, not physically. That's a huge advantage.

If you're interested I recommend to check out the video series for Mod Organizer by Gopher: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLE7DlYarj-DcLS9LyjEqOJwFUQIIQewcK

Note however that for Fallout 4 you will need MO 2, which is currently in alpha stage and available at https://github.com/TanninOne/modorganizer/releases

Another new change in MO 2 is that it doesn't need to be installed anymore on a per-game-basis but one can install it once and use shared mode, similar as NMM does it.
