JimboUK
The fact that flushing your toilet when cops are at your door, now qualifies as "probable cause" to break in and search the premises is just a tad scarey...... Well yeah I don't think anyone in their right mind would defend giving police carte blanche like that. It's a little different here, they get a warrant and smash your door in without knocking. They can force entry without a warrant but only if they have reasonable grounds to believe an offence is being committed or that someones life is in danger, I don't think the occupier of a property taking a dump could be considered reasonable grounds. That's just the trouble though, what started this whole thread was the cops chasing a person into a building. Losing sight of said person, cruising to where they 'thought' he went, hearing a toilet flush, or some such, breaking in, and finding some pot.... Of course, this was NOT the place where the original suspect went.... this guy had nothing to do with the reasons for the cops being in the building to begin with, yet the courts upheld the police 'search' in court...... so, a warrantless search, with zero probable cause to be there, but, charged, and convicted anyway....... marharth
Somehow I missed the mass deaths in the Cali prisons. You didn't mean that did you? Just noticed that, wanted to reply to make sure... Are you saying that overcrowding in the Cali prisons HAVE lead to mass deaths among the inmates? I suppose it's possible but the press hasn't picked up on it.Yea I noticed a while back what you meant. Your wording made it seem like you liked mass deaths in prisons lol. LOL, while I would not cry for some (no death penalty in Cali) that is not the case. The USA has the highest incarceration rate in the world, not something to be proud of at all.

Namesaretaken
You really are totally delusional and you have no idea whatsoever what you are talking about. blablablablablabla Enoy your peasant live pal and the financial gangrape. The British Monarchy has moved a very long way since 1776.I think even George III wouldn't supported the Nazis. Or would he? Your outdated Marxist revolutionary You made my day. :D If there is one think i hate more than feudalism' date=' its marxism. Because they are the same thing. And guess what? The Royals financed the communist revolution, they wrote the manifesto to bring there competition and "ally" russia down. Yepp, better have the british as enemy, because they do you more damage as they are ally. BBC, nature of the empire. Bad breakfast and conquer. ;D To bad if somebody does not know a crap about history, eh? but you just look silly. If somebody defines himself and his country and his culture with a bunch of inbreeding psychophats, thats not just silly, thats mad. Such a guy has lost it. Yeah i'am a marxist. *rolleyes* And iam also the f***ing easterbunny too. Personally I'd rather it was spent on a wedding that people up and down the country enjoyed rather than thrown into that black hole otherwise known as the E.U.So maybee you guys should also celebrate the marriage of Kim Il-sung. His father got the power from his father' date=' who took over, and gave it to his son. Just put clownish crowns on their head and done is the monarchy. Maybee he would be invitet to the next marriage party. I will give you one bit of free advice, if you want to see a looming tyranny then stop looking at European royalty at start looking towards Brussels. Do you think i'am so stupid that i haven't this on my screen? Who do you think has the money and power to start such a project like the EUssr? Do you know that both, EU and Royals, have the same agenda? That both of them pushing carbon taxes. There are some cosmetical and tactical differences, but in the end of the day, they are the same bunch of looters. The damn Queen even supports the entry of turkey in the EU, she gives the talking points. And guess what? This murderous old wagon, prince charles and these other B's get EU-agricultural subsidies for their privat farms. What is this? Year 1100 a.c.? joquanproThe US government is full of evil' date=' corrupted, greedy men and women who care nothing except for filling their wallets. Just sayin'.[/quote']Thats the reason why there are 400 million guns in the US. So grab one, a gadsden flag and take a walk to the capitol hill.Or even better. Do something like these guys. So remember. If any law is violating the constitution or the bill of rights, its illegal. No one is forced to accept such a law or following it. And if the SA-Police goon squad say something different... well... there are some other reasonable amendments. ginnyfizz
You just prove your delusional status with every ill informed wall of text that you post. You neither "Know a crap" about history nor present day politics. Come to think of it, you don't even know much about your fellow posters (I am actually a gal, not a guy), and you need to use the spell checker. You seem to be incapable of understanding the facts, or of reading them. How many times do you need to be told that in a constitutional monarchy, the Queen neither pushes for the entry of Turkey into the EU nor has any other influence on the political agenda? As for financing the Russian Revolution, that really is laughable. A lot of wealthy delusional fools financed it, but not our Royals, you will be blaming them for Noah's flood next. Neither did the current Queen not Prince Philip support the Nazis, the views of the Duke of Windsor are well known to have been suspect so you aren't exactly telling us anything new there. Sure, the Royal farms might get the odd EU subsidy...along with millions of other farmers across the EU. So bloody what? But you're funny, I grant you that. dazzerfong
How in God's name did this topic turn into a royalty fight? Just saying..............
ginnyfizz
It started, Dazzer, shortly after I put on my lawyers wig and quite legitimately described the legal situation in the UK as a matter of comparison between the entry powers of the police in various states like the US and Oz. The mention of the UK, that apparently brutal and totalitarian state ruled by Elizabeth "Genghis Khan" II (oops there goes that British sarcasm again...)apparently acted like a red rag to a bull as far as Namesaretaken is concerned. On the strength that allegedly he was filmed by a security camera while taking a pee (urinating in a public place perhaps?)he holds poor old Her Maj responsible for everything bad that ever happened. He's put himself up to be shot at and is taking deservedly heavy fire. And let's turn this around to topic. In the USA, the constitution is being eroded...under an elected President. In the UK, the momentum is rolling for us actually to get a new Bill of Rights and maybe ultimately a written Constitution, although that is not traditionally the way the law has operated here. It is happening because of the outrage at the erosion of our Parliamentary sovereignty by the over powerful, tyrannical even, EU. And it is happening under...a constitutional monarchy. :whistling: ;D
