HeyYou Posted May 22, 2011 Share Posted May 22, 2011 What are you save habits like? Do you tend to rely on auto, or quick saves? Do you overwrite your hard saves frequently? (sometimes, twice, can be considered 'frequently'.....) Oblivion has a nasty habit of corrupting files it overwrites regularly. (auto and quick saves definitely fall into this category.) Best plan is, turn off all autosave options, don't use quicksaves at all...... and do NOT overwrite your hard saves. Make a new one each time you want to save. Clean out the saves folder when you start approaching 250 files in the saves folder. You can delete them, or, simply move them to another folder somewhere.
