Followed FCOM instructions to the tee.

Red boxes mean missing master in wyre right? For some reason, im having a problem with FCOM addons. heres a picture of my wyre bash. I've never succesfully opened oblivion to the main menu. I followed fcom instructions and installed deadly reflex, used boss load order, rebuilt my bashed patch. Suggestions anyone? http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/854/wyrebash.png/

edit 2: I know now that my problem is because im missing masters. But, when i click on the addons that are red boxed, everything is checked the in the masters window. Its like it doesnt know the master is there.

I think the trouble is, you merged a bunch of patch mods into your bashed patch, and the game views that as "missing". This will give you a crash. So, rebuild your patch, but, do NOT merge the ones mentioned in the Delinquent/missing file messages.

well i tried unchecking merge patches and and rebuilding, but it still ctd immediately. ty for suggestion

Sounds like it is still a missing master crash.... are any of your mods showing red in Wrye Bash?

 

 

yes. a lot. click the picture i posted in my first post,

 

the red mods show that all masters are checked in the master window when you click on them.

The checkboxes indicate the 'health' of the mod in question, I think what you are seeing is a selection of mods that have the exact same timestamp as the others. Run boss on your load list. (make sure that Lock Times is turned OFF in Wrye bash.)

where can i find the option in wrye? im looking for it

 

edit 1: i found and i turned it off. i ran boss. problem is, the mods still are sharing the same timestamp, which is my problem. How can i fix this?

did boss give you a log, telling you which mods it reordered?

 

Might have to refresh the window in bash..... don't remember. (been a while since i had to deal with it. :D)

 

 

Thanks for your help. I got it to run. Now I'm missing meshes x.x

 

I am partiularly having trouble with frans. Theres an unofficial frans armor update .esp but it requires fransarmoraddon.esp and i cant find it ANYWHERE.
