If you move left and right, you circle that enemy instead of just moving in a straight line left and right. Does anyone happen to know the name of it? I also found one on a Japanese blog that's newer and appears to use OBSE, but I'm not sure what it's all about exactly. Just Google search for 'lock-on oblivion' and look for the Japanese text if you're interested in that as well.
