Admiral
Depends on the armor. swords normally start at least 80 (for really crappy ones). For 20 bucks you can't really get anything.
[TB]AEEE
It was a joke! I wa s"quoting" SothThe 69er I just saw a nice sword for 90 Euro! But my girl would "kill" me with it, because than I won´t have enough money to go on vacation with her! So the sword must wait!

Admiral
Now to answer your question: To date I have $2958.40 invested in my collection. That price doesn't includ one of my prize pieces (a short sword, that I restored) given to me by my Grandfather. I will probably have break $3000 in the next couple of weeks. miltonic
I don't own a sword, more of a large ceremonial dagger I bought in Toledo, Spain, within their sword factory. If you are a sword fan, you'll have to visit there.
Admiral
Full plate weighs around 300 pounds. All my weapons are currently in my bedroom. I've also run out of wall space in which to hang them. So I invested in a special stand. Now to the 3 medieval swords I own. One I use in practice, the other two because I like the design. Anyways you can see for yourself: Sword Collection The pics are at the bottom.
