GianpyGianpy99
Hey, this is my first topic, please help me! (Sorry for my English but I'm Italian) I got a big problem, causing my game to crash without an error, when I try to enable my mods in Fallout4Custom.ini. This guide says that I need to edit some files to enable modding. I added bEnableFileSelection=1 in the Fallout4Prefs.ini and everything just work fine, but when I try to add the following lines: [Archive] bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal= to the Fallout4Custom.ini the game load fine but when I try to open the workshop to enter in the builing mode the game immediately CTD 100% of times even if I don't have any mods installed! Important: The crash to desktop always happens when I try to open the Workshop and enter the building mode. If i use the old Fallout4Custom.ini file, the game works perfectly, but i can't use any mods because they won't load. I have the Beta Update 1.4.125 but even with the 1.3.45 I had the same problem. Thanks for any help! Edited March 1, 2016 by GianpyGianpy99
wax2k
Check for a Workshop.swf in \Fallout 4\data\interface and delete it in case.

AceGoober
Patch 1.4 is out of Beta. New patch is 1.4.132. Is Steam not set to update Fallout 4 automatically? Probably not considering you are previously banned member gianpiero125 When you have purchased Fallout 4 through Steam, can provide verifyible Steam proof-of-purchase and submit an unban request with proof-of-purchase then you might be allowed back on NexusMods. Goodbye.
